30th AUGUST - BIRTHDAY BOY

Finally up to date with my journal..... but not with comments. 

Today is Neil's 37th birthday.  He is spending it with his new wife, her parents and some other family members who are still around after the wedding.

He went for a run this morning.  His original intention was to run 37 miles but he didn't have time for that so he ran for 37 mins instead.  Later on he went paddle boarding in the sea with Rachael and a couple of her young nephews.

I've had a quiet day at home.  Unpacked my suitcases and put a load of washing on.  Had an afternoon nap as I'm still feeling weary after a busy few days.
