BIRTHDAY BOY

It's Neil's 38th birthday today.  We met up in Wetherspoons in the Metrocentre.  Its ages since I've seen him as he's either been working or running so it was nice to have a catch up today.  He enjoyed his meal ... an Empire State Burger with chips and onion rings.  I had two cups of coffee.

After spending time with Neil I had a wander around the Metrocentre and did some shopping.  When I checked Strava later I saw that I had walked 5.22 miles.
