Fox hunting

Out and about just after midnight and our little dog was scenting the air and keen to track down the source(s) of what he was smelling.

He trotted on at such a pace that he did not look behind and see, at most 5 metres away, a fox which emerged from a driveway. Unfortunately by the time I got my camera out he had seen it and rushed towards it. It ran away.

Over the next 20 minutes I had 5 sightings of at least one, if not 2 foxes, in gardens or on the road. Our dog was so worked up he wanted to go round the block again.
