A mice surprise!

In our village, as in many places, various very kind-hearted people have cheered us all up during the lockdowns by doing everything from putting teddies in their windows as a fun treasure hunt for the children, to hanging inspirational and uplifting messages on trees. It has been brilliant seeing all of these things as we've been on our walks.

The latest surprise are these mice, which have made many, many children - and their parents - very happy! This is a picture taken by a friend, which I know is a bit of a cheat, but I thought it was such a lovely idea that I wanted to share it.

If I can escape my garden, I'll try and find one myself later!
