Ground hog day again

Nothing has caught my eye today that was worthy of a blip .
As we arrived back from our evening walk I thought that this room looked quite cosy and inviting so I took the shot .

Groundhog Day on the pen today , cutting the hedge , weeding all the areas not covered by grass or paving g , tidying up the mess that we seem to make whenever we step over there . I’m not convinced that this is our calling as we never seem to grow much just battle against weeds, the non flowering varieties, do not even useful to pollinators.

Dave says it doesn’t matter as it’s purpose enough to had a green gym .

I’m a bit out of sorts today , probably the weather which was described as anticyclonic gloom by the weather forecaster .
