I'm ready, Mama!

Katie declared herself ready to go back to school today. From her bedding bag. It's basically a track to back to school now, mentally anyway, though we are still doing lots of nice things.

We spent the morning with Emma and Lydia. The girls just disappeared and played, apart from when they came downstairs to make chocolates in the poppits! Katie had an online ballet lesson at 1 so we had to dash home, her scoffing a sandwich as we went. It took a bit of effort to get her focused but she enjoyed it and did good work when she'd got her head in the game!

There was a brief but nice cup of tea with Granny and Grandad in the new tesco cafe so they could see her before she goes back to school. It was home to rewatch Cruella when we had said goodbye. And packing. Packing everywhere.
