A Spring in her step

Supposedly Spring today - our Spring is always late though. It is a sunny day, but chilly.
Coda was happy as always... a stick and a walk is all she asks for.
I was frustrated this morning when I went to collect my passport, anticipating as easy a collection as my renewal process had been.
When I got there I saw a crowd of people at the entrance gate being told that the office was closed as there was no water! Strange, seeing there was a water tank parked at the entrance where one could get water.
We were told to come back tomorrow, but I think I'll wait a few days.
