Patience..........

The top of the weir at the far end of the lake at Trentham Gardens is a favourite fishing spot for herons. They seem to be totally intent on their objective and take absolutely no notice of the humans watching close by.

I had a free day as my other half was in Preston watching the football. I made the most the time just to enjoy the house and garden to myself!
