Last…..

Day of my leave for the summer. We went out for breakfast this morning and I continued the American theme, see extra! 

We walked a little from the water tower towards St Mary’s Bay today, couldn’t keep Dog off the wall! He didn’t stop jumping up and off until I got the ball out my pocket. His favourite activity is chasing that ball, but at 8 years old, he doesn’t have the same amount of stamina he used to have! He will not stop though, so I have to monitor how much running he does! 

I developed some knee pain some six weeks ago, which has not improved! I was hoping it was some sort of injury that would heal up soon, but it hasn’t so my walking too is limited!
