Sunshine on a sunless day

What's happened to the weather? Raining today!
My friend Alice took me out for lunch today, a belated birthday treat, and the place we like to go to have planted a sunflower maze. This picture doesn't really do it justice, it's a beautiful sight as you drive past.
All on my own for a few days as Mr M and both sons away. Peace!
