Berwick-upon-Tweed
FRIDAY
It might have been cool and dull but we had an enjoyable day in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
A walk around the ramparts
A good hour in the King's Own Scottish Borderers Regimental Museum
Crab sandwich lunch on the quayside
A riverside walk
A walk to the lighthouse at the end of the jetty (extra) where we watched the dolphins
The main blip is the Royal Border Bridge - designed by Robert Stephenson and opened by Queen Victoria in 1850
