Bye bye, Bucky

As I drove the wee feller to the A1, where he said he was going to hitch a lift, Bucky stopped for a final picture atop the stone commemorating the Battle of Dunbar in 1650.

He seemed a little subdued - in fact, a bit surly and out of sorts. I wondered if it might have been because we'd put him in the room with the framed Benjamin Franklin quotation saying "Guests, like fish, begin to smell after three days".

However, the real reason became apparent when we discovered the pile of bottles under the bed. So that's how he got his name...
