What Will It Be

Over the last few months of the pandemic whilst walking Paddy I have kept an occasional eye on what the estate agent describes as a “stone building off Florence Terrace” but is in fact a garage on Trelawney Road, Florence Terrace being a more 'desirable' area. 
Electricity is connected but neither water or gas and the decor is as you would expect from an empty and unused garage standing idle for a number of years.
Could be yours for £100,000!!
I’ll be interested to se what it ends up as and how much of the original remains.
