Saturday: Bee in a Sunflower

Garden full of birdsong at lunchtime, robins competing with each other, swallows still around and flying over, screeching as they go - preferable to children screeching! Later in afternoon there were a couple of dozen swallows flying over the large fields on both sides of the lane!
Wind has shifted from the east to southeasterly, a little warmer hardly a breeze for most of the day.
Preparing for tomorrow’s Table Top Sale - taking craft magazines and some of the glass bottles from a few years ago

Afternoon treat, a warm blueberry muffin (30 seconds in microwave, thank you Tesco!), fresh coffee and a good book in the shade of a chestnut tree! Pure luxury …
Sat outside for most of the afternoon reading and enjoying the wildlife in the garden.
MrD had gone up to Bodafon Mountain and beyond on his bicycle.
