Kowhai blooming ...

..... ..... ..... up Feehly Hill, Arrowtown.
I couldn’t believe my eyes. It’s not blooming anywhere else.

My daughter & son-in-law & I visited my late husband’s grave, especially for Fathers Day, and then walked up Feehlys. What a grunty little spur it is too, but well worth the effort. Wonderful views up the Arrow Gorge.
B. died in 1999, at 65yo - far too young! Grrrr.

Another day with only 20 new Covid-19 cases in Auckland. It’s more hopeful day by day.
