New flower

The sun arrived today, so good to see it, and I have been sat in the garden, basking in it's warmth and reading my book this afternoon....what a treat. This plant has produced a flower, is it a geum, I am not sure, it has large foxglove type leaves?
Online stuff this morning form filling and sending photos of meter reads for the change of energy supplier tomorrow...lets hope they get this right.....but knowing my luck!!.
I have a beef pot roast which has been slow cooking since 10.30am, looking forward to that, it smells good.  I am hungry and have actually lost a few pounds where I haven't always found time to eat these last few weeks x.......first a small G&T ...cheers x
