Sunday Stallion

Today we left the hotel by around 10am after a lovely buffet breakfast and managed to get home by around 2pm. What a lot of travelling in one weekend but it was certainly necessary. This beautiful bronze was in the foyer of the hotel and I was interested to read it was sculpted by Charles Dickens granddaughter, Sophie Dickens.

I arrived home to rather a lot to do ready for the new week and the children going back to school properly but I think I am just about there.

The weather is beautiful today so we will be having a bbq whilst the sun is out, finish off the weekend nicely.
