Codebreaker

We went to a Science and Technology fair at the boys' school today. While there Son1 and I went to a talk by Captain Jerry Roberts, a Second World War codebreaker who worked at Bletchley Park on the Tunny system, Hitler's most secret code, the breaking of which shortened the War by at least two years and which was only declassified in 2002. Now in his 90s, Captain Roberts, who lives locally, is a wonderful old gentleman with some fantastic stories to tell of his and his colleagues' involvement in some literally world-changing events.
