Pink Perfection

Salmon from the supermarket does not look like this and having been frustrated by the quality of fish recently, we now source our fish from Loch Fyne down in Newhaven. This is one of my favourite foods and its going to taste fantastic marinated and placed on a bed of Asian noodles.
