A female Common Blue – Polyommatus icarus

I was pottering about the garden when this female Common blue appeared and settled briefly near me.
It doesn't often make an appearance though I have seen it on nature reserves such as Daneway Banks, close to t=where the rare Large Blue can be seen, if you are lucky

The upper side of the wings are very pretty too, but you can only have one blip.
