Slight halo slippage?

When I looked at this photo of Bertie which I took on our walk this morning, I noticed that his little blue halo had slipped a wee bit. He gave us a bit of a lie in this morning, not waking up until 7.00 am. He must have been exhausted after his busy day socialising yesterday.
