Tommee
We live in difficult times.
Sue and I spent time with our friend Tommee this morning, sitting outside under the Douglas firs, sun beaming through the trees. Tommee's partner of more than 30 years has Alzheimer's, and the Covid lockdowns have isolated them, separated them from community. I'm glad we can break that isolation now, so long as we remain outdoors with some space between us.
My settings were wrong and her hair is blown out, but I think despite my ineptitude, her expressions are powerful. She was grateful to have company (extra).
