I wanted a pair of red converse ever since I first lived in Camden Town - about 45 years ago. At last I’ve got them - I bought them for myself for my birthday. Luckily they are still cool:-))
I looked online and discovered there are many websites showing you ‘cool ways’ to lace up your Converse.  I may have to study this! 
They’re not really very practical for a Bristol dweller, where it rains a lot, as, despite costing a ridiculous amount, they’re made of thin canvas.  Wellies are better attire, really.
