Last of the nectar

It was forecast storms and rain today but we didn't really have much rain.  The temperature is still very high though.  We took our grandson to the hairdressers first thing in the morning.  He had visited once before but wasn't so keen this time.  Still we managed to get a good haircut and he ate lots of small snacks and watched nursery rhymes on the phone.  Certainly a skilful job for the hairdresser as he shook his head or tried to push her away.  As we left it started to rain so it was later in the morning that we took him out for a walk.

This afternoon the sun came out for awhile and noticing the bees making the most of the last flowers on the lavender I decided to make this today's blip.
