A study of historical nearly all-weather track design.

The all-weather race track is currently being re-surfaced. Built on a flood plain, it was out of action for a few months a few years back due to a very very wet summer.

Completed my weeks participation in a study of how sleep affects chronic pain last night; clinical wearable collected today. I'll be interested to see their analysis.
