St Margaret's, Lee

...where we came for our old neighbour Sue's funeral today.  It was a beautiful day, a beautiful church (had never been inside it before), and a beautiful service.  Was so happy to hear (as we had not visited Sue once she went into a home with dementia - something I felt rather guilty about) that her time at Deer Lodge was a happy one.  The vicar (who happened to be her cousin, who we'd met once or twice previously, with no idea of his profession) read out a statement from her carers, who clearly loved her -  rounded off with 'Rest in peace, little Suzie.'
