Farewell lovely red car

Aged 22, having covered 155,000 miles, or more than 6 times round the earth, my lovely old Toyota Yaris went to the breakers yard today. I had owned it for 14 years, then passed it on to my son in Plymouth 2 1/2 years ago.
For many years I drove a 200 mile round trip every Tuesday and Saturday to take care of my mum in Devon. And my son and I went on lots of camping trips in Wales, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall  I know it’s only a machine but I was really very fond of it.
I confess this slightly breaks blip rules as my son took this pic and sent it on to me.
