Dusk at the Docks
A dull day
Spent the morning at the Minister’s Fraternal, for the first time ‘in person’ in 18 months. It was good to catch up and pray for one another. It was good to find that others were finding the latest transition out of Lockdown was creating real challenges.
This afternoon I had another three Listening appointments, each one providing evidence of the devastation that the last 18 months has created in peoples lives. I can only be there and provide them with careful Listening and pointing to the strength they have shown in coping as well as they have done.
After Dinner we went for a 3.0 mile walk along Dundee waterfront, as far as the Harbour area where there was only one Rig in for refit and also a small ship starting to go downstream to the Firth and then the North Sea.
Late night tennis into early morning from New York with Emma Radukana - should I stay up and watch it live or catch a replay in the morning - hmmmm?
