CannyScot's Day

Fife Coastal Path

A warm day

I spent the midnight to 4.00am hours watching two amazing young women win their way to the Final of the US Open tennis. It was thrilling and well worth staying up for.

I did sleep through to 10am and didn’t feel too bad. After lunch we picked two pallets from outside a local factory and took them over to STaR, a local charity where my wife, among other things takes care of the composting.

We treated ourselves to afternoon tea in a nearby Cafe which we recently discovered. After that, we walked a couple of miles from the start of the Northern end of the Fife Coastal path. There were some stunning views over the River Tay - quite different seeing it from the south side.

In evening we will be resuming our family Zoom time, after a summer break.
