I have serviced my vehicle with Prime in Saco for the past 6 years. The service department is top notch and I appreciate their dedication to their customers.

This week gained them more positive feedback. Working two full time jobs leaves me very little time to make the trip down for a vital service (200k). I had asked about a vehicle exchange in Augusta… “of course, would you rather we drive to your home or place of work?” That’s service! I opted to meet them, as I know a four hour drive is a tough ask for anyone.

I drove a brand new CRV while they serviced my Pilot. Return exchange happened this morning. My vehicle was returned to me serviced, washed and a full tank of gas.
