Cookie please?

Oye, this dog…. It’s raining, so naturally he doesn’t want to go out to pee. But - the rule is, after he pees and is in for the night, he gets his bedtime cookie.

This little bugger went outside, sniffed the wet air (never left the garage), comes back in and expects a cookie. Not so fast sir! So here he sits all somber because I am not rewarding him for the “attempt” to go potty.

** Update ** he eventually went out and did his business and yes, received the cherished bedtime cookie.
