A day out at St.Monans

Another  wonderful  day out despite the weather. The East Neuk of Fife has some lovely  places and St.Monans has a wonderful  smoke house at the top of the pier. We had to book for a takeaway,  but it was well worth it. Ally had smoked tempura prawns with chips and I had the smoked fish curry. Omg. Shh! Don't  tell anyone  about it. 
The run on Lower Largo Beach afterwards  was great for the MonStar  and her pal Molly who we were dog sitting for the day. They had a blast. We won't talk about the gorgeously aromatic  thing that was rolled  in or by whom. Suffice to say they had 4 legs and was supposed to know better.
We were all a tad tired and retired early to snooze. All except  me who had week 4 of BSL course. I learned how to say ,"You're  nuts", which will come in useful with my friend's. After much hilarity and 14,000 steps a wee post class cocktail and I was ready for Bedfordshire. All good especially  as tomorrow  wasn't  going to be busy  at all... aye right.
