Eyes in the Sky?
Well not quite but hanging up. Despite today being being literally Baltic we had to avert cabin fever so headed off by train to Glasgow. Saw laughable 'art' exhibition in the Gallery of Modern Art (apologies for upsetting anyone who 'gets' it but neither of us found an open umbrella or a chair that looked as if it had belonged to painter and decorator inspiring in any way). On one occasion I saw a stack of chairs there and wasn't entirely sure if they were part of the exhibition.
Anyhow, carried on to the still in many ways superb (despite attempts to ruin it) Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum to view their Egyptian exhibits and Scottish colorists. Learned a lot about Osiris, Isis and nasty Seth. It was fine and the Egyptian section even had a 'roll your own mummy' with bandages (fun for all the kids!). I was quite tempted to blip a sarcophagus or a bronze bust of Eostre goddess of Spring but this pair of specs and eyes were striking and may look good as a thumbnail too.
