Being a Green Turtle
Green Turtle skeleton
Darwin Museum.
Inside it’s flipper it has a thumb and four fingers, two bones in the forearm, one in the upper arm - just like us. But wait there’s more. Within the shell there’s a remnant backbone and ribs. It breathes air. Hang on! It is one of us!
The Silverback recons that dogs, turtles and humans all share a common ancestor way back in time!
So, at a biological level, were all related.
And, the folks really are my folks!
And my aunties are really my aunties!
That’s nice.
He recons that humans have the biggest brain. Sadly, from what I can see, the big brain is a handicap sometimes. Too much thinking and not enough doing!
Nevertheless Mammals rule!
But, not being burdened with an over- sized brain, dogs are best. Of course!
But,
birds can fly!
….. bugger!
I wish I could fly!
