Rhubarb Salsa

I got a bit carried away with making stuff using produce from my garden. It has helped that I have stuck around all summer to care for it. This has tomatoes, chilliest, courgette, onion, green coriander seeds, bay, ginger from my ginger tree and obviously rhubarb. Italian Mexican Scottish fusion.
