Costa del Girvan

We had an unbelievably corching three days on the west coast and I hit on a gold mine in silhouette photography just sitting on my deck chair all day looking out at Ailsa Craig and snapping everybody going into and out of the sea.

If you could rely on these conditions, I would probably never get near to that bit on the beach again.
