Birthday Girl

Up and dropping Clare into Treliske for her shift, back to the boatyard to help with the clear up from last night.

Sainsbury’s for a bacon roll and coffee, (I seem to spend a lot of time in supermarkets recently), and then off to Penryn to collect friends.

Dropped Steve and family to Perran Sands before heading back to the boatyard for EPICS first race evening. An informal meet up of local gigs out in the Carrick Roads, it was completely different from anything we had done before and quite physically demanding but enjoyable.
By the time we had finished and stowed everything away it was gone 9:00pm so McDonalds for dinner, a long hot shower and some TV before bed.
But
All day running in the background I was reminding myself that it was also my eldest daughter Sarah’s birthday. A source of immense pride Sarah has just completed her degree and starts her Masters this week. I’m looking forward to catching up with her soon, it seems a long time.
