Saturday: Healthy Salmon

K made us a splendid breakfast of French toast this morning, after which we headed to Steveston for a bit of a walk and to show Andrew as he’d never been.  Despite our big breakfast, we were all hungry again and so had some fish and chips, which is the thing to do in Steveston.

Andrew took himself off this afternoon while we just chilled at home.  K cooked up a splendid lamb dinner - it’s been a good food day.
