Up early to give Hetty a good walk before we left her alone for the day whilst we went to see Clive's dad.

He was remarkably well considering all that is going on.

All his pain is being kept under control. One aneurysm is pressing on his right optic nerve so he can no longer use that eye. He's very tired. Luckily he has an army of friends supporting him and brilliant neighbours.  Great for us as we are so far away.

He's seeing a specialist team in Coventry this week. Let's hope it's good news and these aneurysms can be accessed and tackled.
