I'm a bit obsessed with crocheting skulls. Now I've mastered the pattern, I can churn a shawl out fairly quickly. 

Also done some gardening and walked the dog.

Looking at another property this afternoon. Nigel is coming with us this time. It's a doer upper. An investment and something for Clive to do during retirement.  Personally, I'm not sure I can be bothered. 

Edit: the toilet was something from Life of Grime! The whole place a mess. Clive and Nigel could see through the disgustingness of it. I could not! A builder we know was waiting to look at it after us. (Hopefully he will buy it!)
