Food Forage

The snow has settled it is picturesque in a lot of senses but for the wildlife it is not a case of nice to look at but the fight for food and shelter. I spotted this guy this morning as I headed to skating, he was nosing about in the snow obviously hungry, the grass was not to heavily covered here so I am sure he managed to source some sustenance.

He slopped of into the undergrowth and I am sure shelter from the vicious biting wind that was causing the snow to drift, tomorrow is another day and hopefully a better day weather wise!
