Day 23 "NN" - Singing Sands - Kentra

We were a bit later this morning and the water was low. Not easy to get to and in but we managed. 
We sat in the sun quite a while before we left the house and drove to Acharacle. 
We went to café Tioram for late brunch then set off past Kentra to walk to the singing sands! 
It was a long and rather boring walk! 
Forestry road that any car would manage. But there was a locked gate ….. 
We reached the beach after 1 hour and it was lovely. We went for a swim and relaxed before walking all the way back to the car. 
The way back felt even longer than the way there. 
We were in the car by 8 pm and hit the Inn at 8:30. 
One pint later we were back in the cottage. Fire and generator on, wine poured and we emptied some bags of crisps. 
We were knackered!
