Blue skies ..

..and tall flowers.

Lovely to see the blue sky again and feel the return of warmth from the sun after yesterday’s dismal rain.

This morning I took the shot of these Japanese anemones which tower above me the middle bed of the back garden.

Later in the afternoon I had my appt at the hygienist in the next village. I had to call them to say I had arrived so they could let me in. I was sitting on a bench in front of these glorious yellow flowers at the entrance to Wilsden Park.  Not sure what they are but again they towered above me.

Back home to leave the car and walk up to the pub to meet freinds for a tea time drink, who’d have thought yesterday that we would be able to sit outside again.
