Small mottled willow moth

I think.  It was very small.  He's on the back of my bicycle helmet.

Then first paid for care visit seemed to go ok today.  I was reassured (if that's the right way to describe it) that a trained care worker also struggled to get Mr T to do the jigsaws and other puzzles.
