Lovely dog walk before the day's work began which went well.

Glad I wasn't in Durham today as I saw that there was a city centre fire which caused a lot of disruption! It seemed to begin in the massive construction site along the river.
I'm enjoying being based in Newcastle and not having to travel too far. Hubby on the other hand still commutes 1.5 hours a day and is making his way home, as I write, having been thrown off the A1 a few times for night time road expansions.
There is so much building going on :-(

Anyway, today I shall be grateful for beautiful local nature, working more locally and the satisfaction that I am getting from the changes to my working life that I have made.
