These very pretty chrysanthemums were in a bouquet at our local supermarket. I love their unusual colouring.
13 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Auckland today… That’s good news. Well done Aucklanders! As from today a number of buses, decked out as mobile Vaccination Clinics, are being deployed around Auckland. We need to encourage as many folk as possible to get vaccinated. That will, in the long run, prevent severe bouts of Covid-19 and also save lives.
What a cold, miserable day we have had here in Marlborough. Not at all spring-like. Low cloud all day and a strong bitterly cold south-east wind. The house seems a bit empty. Son Duncan left on Tuesday to drive to Christchurch en route to Dunedin. We are looking after Bryan the Birman for now. He has been racing around the house tonight playing chasing with the tortie girls.
