Notes: Finally headed to Trader Joe's in the morning just after 8a - was nice and quiet and easy to accomplish. Had set up 11a with Maria over in Palma and rode my bike over for a catch-up with her and visit with Serena - she definitely remembered me (her skin patches are getting worse). Mid afternoon, got the chicken ready and baked that and big sweet potato for dinner and leftovers. Has been many months since I've eaten meat (have had some fish and eggs) but suddenly had a taste for roasted chicken. This is TJs Heirloom Whole Chicken, pasture-raised - came out great. Was wondering if my stomach would reject it but had no issues. And plenty to freeze for other recipes and the future! Bit of rain later but not as much as expected.
