Seen better times

A misty start to the day which then turned cloudy.  I headed to the gym for a water fitness class and during the middle of the class the sun came streaming through the windows.  I was back home quickly afterwards as we were meeting up with friends for a walk along the river Otter.  A table had been booked at a pub for lunch and we spent a relaxed time outside chatting and eating our food in the sunshine.  We then returned back to our cars passing this tree which had seen better times but was still standing.  

An enjoyable day.
