A nice day

My most excellent friend invited us for lunch today but as mum is still feeling quite fragile outside we had to decline.
My friends solution was to bring lunch to our house! We had a wonderful roast pork lunch with trimmings followed by chocolate cheesecake, brownies and sticky toffee pudding.
Days like these I feel the full blessing of having such amazing friends around me.
There was 14 folks round the table in the end, the banter was as great as the food.

This has been a lovely weekend
