Vines and porcupines

While a lot of the morning glory vine is still producing flowers there are tendrils that are starting to die off. It was really foggy this morning and I liked all the things happening in this bit of vine including the web over the nail. It's over the gate into the winter coop.
The extra is another of our prickly friends. This one had been hanging out under our back apple tree all morning and not moving much. It finally decided to start it's day. As I was walking into the farm house to do laundry it surprised me peeking up over the deck. It sat there for a good 15 minutes as I went in and out of the house. It then trundled over the deck into the front yard and under the sun porch for, I presume, another morning nap.
